Includes briefs from the Clark County Four-Year College Association, copies of legislation documenting the authorization of WSU Vancouver as a branch campus, early documents from WSU Vancouver's advisory council and a copy of WSU Financial Report 1989-1990 featuring branch campus groundbreakings.
