Binder 3 - Robert Schaefer Collection

Documents in this volume include a short history of WSU Vancouver, newspaper clippings, members and contributors of SWJCE, position papers from the office of WSU's president, documents and data related to higher educational needs in southwest Washington, potential partnerships with business and industry through the Columbia River Economic Development Council, and early legislative efforts in the formation and growth of the branch campus. The date range of the documents are primarily from 1990 to 1993, but there are a few items dated from the mid-1980s.
