The collection includes items compiled through the Office of the Chancellor and contains a small number of materials from the Southwest Washington Joint Center for Education with the bulk of the collection focused on campus planning over the first 15 years of WSU Vancouver's establishment. The collection also includes campus advisory council photographs from the 1990s and early records regarding usage from the Washington Higher Education Telecommunication System (WHETS).
