Scope and Contents
This collection's contents include documents from the leadership of the Student Activities Board at Washington State University Vancouver from 2012 to 2017.
The specific documents contained in the collection include items relating to the planning of events and functioning of the Student Activities Board. The collection features some recurring events such as the annual Spring Gala and Back to School BBQ while also detailing other miscellaneous events such as a Pullman Field Trip, CougFest, and WSU v U of O. For events such as these and more, documents include plans for events, purchase request forms, event flyers, correspondences, contracts, invoices, quotes, SAB functioning documents (items such as the constitution and bylaws), schedules, and calendars.
The Student Activities Board has been run by multiple people in multiple positions over the years. Key positions include the Major Events Coordinator, and the Student Activities Board Chair. A folder containing documents relating to a scavenger hunt, such as a flyer for the event, scrap paper with some notes on it, an Event Sign-Up Detail Sheet, a sign-up sheet, a ASWSUV OSI Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability form, purchase request forms, an ASWSUV advertisement Request Form, some letters regarding the event, and some Campus-Wide Scavenger Hunt forms.
