Biographical / Historical
The liaison newsletters were created by WSU Vancouver librarians as a way to communicate and introduce services to faculty at the beginning of each semester. The newsletters are subject specific. Prior to 2016, this information was typically provided to faculty through exchanges of email. LibGuides have since served as a standin for the newsletters.

Abstract
The collection contains five liaison newsletters produced by librarians at the WSU Vancouver Library during the 2016-2017 school year. The newsletters describe services and resources provided to faculty. The newsletters are specific to disciplines in engineering, English leterature, history, nursing, and political science.
Arrangement
The newsletters are arranged in one directory folder with files organized by original file name. Some of the files were converted from DOCX to PDF. The collection retains the order in which they were originally received.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
The newsletters were transferred to the Archives and Special Collections by Dr. Karen Diller, former Library Director at WSU Vancouver. The newsletters are accessioned under UA-WSUV-2023-004
