The date range of this collection covers records from the 14th ASWSUV senate through nineteenth ASWSUV senate with only a few dated minutes from the 16th ASWSUV senate.

The videos also include commencement highlights from 2010 and 2019-2021. There is also a video dated 2018 that demonstrates a graduate hooding. The collection consists of nine file cabinet drawers of sheet music used by the Washington State University Vancouver Community Choir. The sheet music includes multiple copies from wide and diverse genres. The collection also includes a small number of photographs, flyers from past performances, a budget request and a roster with a listing of the first members of the choir. The collection is part of the UA-WSUV-2015-004 accession.
