Scope and Contents
This collection contains both realia and ephemeral materials ranging throughout the history of Washington State Univesity Vancouver campus which opened in 1989. The collection contains materials that are primarily intended for use in exhibit and includes numerous memorabilia and ephemera documenting special events in WSU Vancouver's history. The collection is considered an accural with the expectation of ongoing additions in the coming years. Items in the collection include shirts, ribbons, pennants, stickers and plauques. These materials were collected overtime by the Library, Archives and Special Collections and aquired from numerous departments and student organizations on campus.

Biographical / Historical
The Washington State University Vancouver campus opened its doors in 1989 as an undergraduate transfer college and expanded into a full four year University in 2006. This is a representational collection of the cultural heritage and academic history of the Washington State University Vancouver campus and is not intended for research purposes. The library has been accumulating the collection since the conception of the Archives in 2006.

Abstract
This collection of Washington State University Vancouver realia and ephemera includes materials ranging from the opening of the Washington State Univesity Vancouver campus in 1989 to present. Items in the collection include shirts, ribbons, pennants, stickers and plauques. These materials were collected overtime by the Library, Archives and Special Collections and aquired from numerous departments and student organizations on campus.
Arrangement
The collection items are kept in boxes and housed in the Library's mail room in a cabinet, on two shelves. The cabinet is labeled as Archives - Realia. Due to the constraints of current available storage, some are not kept in boxes or have been located in the Archives and Special Collections Oversize section. These items are identified on the container list as Oversize. There is no primary arrangement at this time as the collection is expected to grow. Boxes are numbered in the order the items are received into the collection.
