Abstract

The collection contains general information, bylaws and meeting minutes from the WSU Vancouver English Club for the years 1997 and 1998. Included is documentation, history and guidelines for the early formation of the Salmon Creek Journal, an annual student publication featuring the written and creative works of students on the WSU Vancouver campus. Approximately 122 drafts of poems and short stories or prose featured in the Salmon Creek Journal between 1997 and 2000 are included.

Abstract The photographs in this collection were originally a part of the archives of the VanCougar, Washington State University Vancouver's student newspaper. The photographs were used by newspaper staff and reporters for campus news stories dated between the late 1990s and the early 2000s. Abstract The collection contains digital files of photographs, advertisements, graphics and video clips used by the staff of the VanCougar student newspaper for print publication and online media between 2011 and 2016. The photographs feature campus events, student activities, individuals and organizations making campus news during this time span. The digital files were transfered to Archives and Special Collections by the editor-in-chief of the Vancougar in the Spring of 2014, 2015 and 2016....
