Abstract The collection includes a set of four videos on DVD disc and CD ROM that document significant transitions during the early history of Washington State University Vancouver. The videos include a retrospective of the university's first campus at Clark College's Bauer Hall from faculty. The collection consists of documents and clippings created and compiled by Robert (Bob) Schaefer documenting the establishment of the Southwest Washington Joint Center for Education (SWJCE) and the Washington State University Vancouver.

Abstract The collection includes 17 oral history interviews conducted in 2010 for the 20th Anniversary of WSU Vancouver. The interviewees are recognized as "Pioneers" who took part in the founding and development of WSU Vancouver. Participants include advisory council members, members from the local business community, state legislators, university administrators and others.
